Goals vs Habits: is there a Wrong and Right?

Goal setting is an integral component in the achievement process.  Without goals we have no target to aim for.  However, we can get so focused on and obsessed with the goal itself that it creates a tremendous amount of frustration and disappointment.  So, perhaps we should focus instead on our daily habits, the habits that will in turn lead us to achieving our goals, then there’ll be less frustration and disappointment.  After all, it’s our day to day habits that we can control, not the outcome.

While the logic of the reasoning is sound, there may be more going on here than we realize.  So, in this two part series, Ronnie is going to break down what exactly is happening in this process and why it’s still absolutely necessary to set GOALS.
