It’s a natural human tendency to look for and place blame when things aren’t going right. No one is showing up to your home parties, “The people in my area just aren’t into these types of things.” You’re placed in an inside leg that isn’t growing, “My sponsor isn’t building my power leg.” A large number of people leave your organization to join another company, “My team was poached and stolen from me!”
